New Dental Implant technology from Nobel Biocare

Nobel Biocare has once again taken the lead in dental implant technology with the introduction of NobelActive. This is a unique sytem used in tooth implant systems where your restorative dentist, oral surgeon, prosthodontist or periodontist can use new options to treat compromised bone structures in your jaw.

NobelActive enables us dentists to perform flapless total maxillary procedure (which is dentist-speak for surgery on the upper jaw with minimal damage) immediately after tooth extraction.

This system features self-tapping implants boasting of bone condensing properties. During insertion of the implant, the bone is shifted instead of being shaved off. Small grooves are left between threads; this facilitates prompt bone integration naturally. NobelActive can be set at various angles for more stability during the dental implant process. In some situations, it does away with the need for bone grafting entirely.

NobelActive is also compatible with the entire range of Nobel abutments and Procera dental prosthetics. All these products are made from biocompatible materials of excellent quality. As you may be aware, Bhalla Dental Clinic has therefore got authorisation and certification from Nobel Biocare.
